Frequently asked questions
Do I own my logo after the artwork is designed?
Yes. After the transaction has been completed, you will be the sole owner of the logo design and will be provided with all the necessary file types you need for website or printing purposes on a disk. It also will be used in DarkMedia portfolios, web-based and printed.
How will I see progress of my project?
All artwork(s) will be supplied as a Portable Document Format (PDF) for proofing.
Why can’t I print the PDF proof I have been given?
Any proofs sent to a client will be locked from editing and printing unless a deposit has been made. After which, you will then be supplied with a PDF with allowances for printing.
What is the turn-around time for artwork?
Time frame depends on the complexity of the artwork. A logo can take between 2-3 working days for the initial proof. Artwork such as flyers and brochures can take between 5-7 working days.
How will payment be made once the project is complete?
All payments can be made via Direct Debit.
